Members of the Advisory Board are from diverse backgrounds, offering extensive expertise with an average of over two decades in their respective fields.

We firmly believe that participation in our Advisory Board not only enhances the work of The Generator but also provides members with invaluable insights into our inner workings, fostering personal and professional growth in the realm of inclusive practices within the cultural arts sector. 

As we embark on this exciting next phase of The Generator, we are committed to ensuring that our board reflects the diversity and richness of our community. Just as The Generator serves as a platform for those whose voices are often marginalised, our Advisory Board embodies the same spirit. Since its inception in 2015, credited to the founder of Charnwood Arts, the late Kev Ryan, The Generator CIC has been fortunate to have a dedicated and visionary board of individuals who generously contributed their time and expertise. Their commitment was instrumental in assembling a dynamic design team, securing public funding, establishing a governance structure, and creating the framework that positions The Generator for success in an increasingly delicate cultural landscape.
